The key learnings from each chapter created a solid foundation that was applied to Operational Risk Management and finally Leadership. I am looking forward to having my team members participate in Fitz-Ritson Programmes

The initial discussions and key learning surrounding fundamental Financial Analysis principles demystified the Company Income Statement for the group and gave us an appreciation for Financial Ratios that, quite frankly, had eluded me throughout my business experience.

We tend to pick and choose specific concepts that yield a comfort level. The in-depth analysis and application of Key Financial Ratios to the current business climate, using modern examples were of significant importance and certainly gave me a new perspective and appreciation.

The key learnings from each chapter created a solid foundation that was applied to Operational Risk Management and finally Leadership and Value-Based Judgment.

In hindsight, it is apparent that the 21st Century Leaders will require an evolving skill set, an appreciation for data, and a sensitivity for culture within their respective organizations and external business partners. Leadership in the 21st Century is and will continue to be complex and the leader who is open to growth along with the flexibility to adapt to changing environments will help differentiate their company from the competition. Introspection has helped me recognize things I do well and areas, there are several, where opportunities for improvement exist. Simply put, a better leader creates an environment that fosters a more productive team, which ultimately and positively affects the overall company's performance.

Looking forward to having my team members participate in Fitz-Ritson Programmes.
