What are the qualifications required to start the Introductory Financial Analysis programme?

Minimal 6 O'Levels/CXC or their equivalent, Associate Degrees - must have proficiency in English and Math. Professional programmes are also accepted. Note that each applicant is reviewed by a case by case evaluation.

What are the qualifications required to start the Portfolio Management Programme?

You are required to have a minimum first degree or equivalent and/or have completed the Introductory Financial Analysis Programme. Should you have further inquiries please contact us.

What are the qualifications required to start the Strategic Financial Management Programme?

You are required to have a minimum first degree or equivalent and/or have successfully completed the Portfolio Management Programme. Should you have further inqueries please contact us.

What are the qualifications required to start the Portfolio and Risk Management Programme?

You are required to have a minimum first degree and/or successfully completed the Portfolio Management Programme or have equivalent qualifications. Should you have further inqueries please contact us.

What is the duration of each Programme?

Introductory Financial Analysis - 4 weeks
Portfolio Management Programme - 8 weeks
Strategic Financial Management Programme - 8 weeks
Portfolio and Risk - 6 weeks
Securities and Portfolio Management Programme - 12 weeks

What is the time frame for each programme?

Fitz Ritson and Associates professional prgrammes vary in duration ranging from 15 to 45 contact hours. Each class contact is 3 hours which means students are expected to participate in their classes regardless of the delivery online or onsite.

Where is the course venue?

This varies so please contact our office.

What do I get at the end of each programme?

Fitz Ritson and Associates offers professional programmes accredited by the University Council of Jamaica.

At the end of each programme upon successful completion you receive a Certificate of Achievement and desidnated credits that can be applied to other levels of training.

If you have not fulfilled all the requirements you receive a Certificate of Participation which is however subjective to your performance and attendance to the programme.

Who are the typical students?

Anyone who is desirous of mastering the techniques of the programmes that we offer and these typically include middle managers. The Strategic Financial Management course participants include those who are moving into the area of critical strategic analysis within their organizations.
