This course guides you through the sound technical applications in creating a successful portfolio taking into consideration the relationship between risk and reward. In addition the philosophies of Markowitz, Graham and Sharpe who set the foundation for sound Portfolio Management. You will be exposed to the types of instruments that make up a portfolio, the asset allocation of these instruments and examples of “live” funds examining their investment strategies in relation to their actual performance.
This course reinforces the sound principles that persons need to be guided by in order to build a winning portfolio.
